In such a situation, Dr. Prabhas, a dietitian from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, said that pregnant women should not consume five things even by mistake, otherwise they will have to pay for it. Especially things like papaya and jackfruit should not be consumed even by mistake. If we say jackfruit, then jackfruit does not mean that you should not eat it only in jackfruit vegetable, rather, there are some particles of jackfruit in the gravy of that vegetable too, in such a situation, do not eat that too.
Do not consume these things
According to health experts, lactic acid is found in both jackfruit and papaya. Enzymes named pepin and latex are found in them, which promote contraction of the uterus. Due to which a situation like abortion can be seen. Eating jackfruit can cause acidity or problem in passing stool. Because high amount of fiber is found in jackfruit. It also contains antioxidants, which can cause gas problems during pregnancy.
Apart from this, one should not eat outside packet food or cant food even by mistake during pregnancy. Because they contain high amounts of sodium and palm oil. Which can cause high blood pressure and restlessness. Consuming these things can cause thinning of blood and some problems may be seen at the time of delivery.
Along with this, one should not consume junk food and especially cold drinks. Cold drinks contain very high soda and pH levels. Which can harm the child’s skin. The high level of soda and pH value present in it can cause miscarriage.
Therefore one should stay away from these things during pregnancy. Especially the high fiber foods should be kept away from during pregnancy. Try to take a diet which contains 90% water and is easy to digest.
