-Javitri- 1 small piece
Water- 1 cup lukewarm
Honey- 1/2 teaspoon (mix when the water cools slightly)
Cardamom powder – a pinch (optional)

– First of all, heat the water lightly, but do not boil it.
Then add a small piece of mace in it and cover it for 5-7 minutes, so that the extract dissolves well in water.
– After this, filter the water and when it remains lukewarm, then add honey in it.
– You can drink it in the morning on an empty stomach or about 1 hour after dinner.
