-2 zucchini (roasted)
-3 to 4 cloves of garlic
-Salt to taste
-Mustard oil- half teaspoon
-Tamarind Pulp
-Whole red chilli- one
How to make Zucchini sauce
First of all, clean the zucchini thoroughly with water and dry it.
– Now roast the gourd along with its peel on the fire.

– Now lightly clean the burnt peel. Then put a whole red chilli, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, tamarind pulp and water in a blender and blend it.
