In the NLRB complaint, Apple has been accused of creating illegal work rules. It is stated in this complaint that company has unlawfully fired a worker who demanded changes to working conditions. Apart from this, another worker has been asked to delete the post on social media. This shows that Apple is monitoring its workers through social media. This is the second time this month that the NLRB has sent a complaint to Apple. Last week, it had accused the company of pressurizing its workers to sign illegal confidentiality, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
An Apple spokesperson said that the company is committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace and takes workers’ complaints seriously. If Apple does not settle the case with the NLRB, an administrative judge will hear the case.
Last month, Apple launched the iPhone 16 series. The smartphones of this series have features like better design, A18 chipset and action buttons. Apart from this, a separate camera control button is also provided. The sales of iPhone 16 are as per the company’s estimates. Recently, TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has given information about the sales of iPhone 16 series in a post on social media platform X. He has said that the sales of this smartphone series, especially including the iPhone 16 Pro models, are as per Apple’s estimates. There has been no change in the assembly orders for these smartphones. The demand for iPhone 16 Pro of this series is similar to the iPhone 15 Pro introduced last year. iPhone 15 Pro is also getting the benefit of early shipment.
