To get relief from joint pain, massage the joints lightly with lukewarm sesame or mustard oil in the morning.
– Before bathing, massage the body with oil and blood circulation also improves and muscle stiffness reduces.
– Use lukewarm water for bathing during winter, during this time it is important to avoid bathing with cold water.
– Include ginger, turmeric, garlic and fenugreek in your diet. All these things have natural anti-inflammatory properties.
