Girls do not make any compromise in terms of styling and fashion. Sometimes girls are even ready to bear pain to look stylish. To make the outfit look perfect in office, party and wedding, women definitely wear heels. Everyone likes to wear heels and it also gives an amazing look. Wearing heels for a long time can lead to pain in the feet or stiffness in the ankles. Sometimes the pain is so severe that even walking becomes difficult. Let us tell you about some stretching exercises, which will be very beneficial while wearing heels.
By doing these stretching exercises, there will be no pain after wearing heels.
cuff stretch
Usually, wearing heels causes tightness in the calves. Stretching the cuff helps in reducing the tightness of that muscle. It increases blood circulation. If you want, you can do calf stretches by standing near the wall. To do this, stand straight in front of the wall. Now keep one foot forward and the other behind. The back foot should remain on the ground with the heel. Placing both hands on the wall, lean forward slightly until a stretch is felt in the calf of the back leg. Keep it like this for about 20-30 seconds. Now stretch the other leg in the same way.
foot arch stretch
While doing this, towel or resistance band is used. This stretch opens the muscles that become tight due to wearing heels. To do this, take a towel or resistance band. Trap it in the toes of your feet and slowly pull it towards you. By doing this, the arches and heels of the feet will feel stretched. Stay in this position as per your capacity and return to normal position.
ankle rolls
You can do the ankle rolls stretch while sitting on a chair. It makes your ankle joints flexible and also reduces swelling in the feet. To do this, first of all you sit on a chair. Now lift one leg up and rotate the ankle first in a clockwise direction, then in an anti-clockwise direction. Do the same with the other leg also. In this way, you roll 10-10 times in both directions.
