To do this, sit in Sukhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana.
During this time, keep the spine straight and relax the shoulders and then keep the hands on the knees.
Close the eyes slowly and focus on the breath.
Start taking deep and slow breaths from the nose and then leave loudly.
Stomach muscles should be used to take out breath out of the nose.
Whenever you exhale, your stomach should go inside.
Leave the breath about 20 times and then breathe slowly.
It is counted as a round.
Then start 1-2 rounds and gradually increase to 3-5 rounds according to the convenience and ability.
After completing the posture, rest for a while.

Precautions
