NEW DELHI: In a first of its kind large-scale retail market intervention, central govt entities are selling onions at Rs 35 per kg across more than 150 centers in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Guwahati, Ranchi, Kolkata, Patna and Bhubaneswar. It is also carrying out bulk sale across cities to bring down prices of key kitchen items, consumer affairs department said.
