Main causes of anemia
There can be many reasons for hemoglobin being reduced, such as not taking enough iron -rich food in the diet.

At the same time, some medicines can also prevent the absorption of iron in the body.
Removing part of the stomach can prevent the absorption of iron.
Many times the body is not able to use the iron properly due to the old gastrointestinal disturbances.

Blood flows due to surgery or injury.
There may be a deficiency of hemoglobin in the body even if the iron reserves present in the plasma are destroyed.

In this way, increase the hemoglobin in the body
To remove anemia, increase iron rich foods in your diet. Include things in the diet that absorb the body iron easily.
Include animal foods like kidney, liver, fish, meat and chicken etc. in your diet. They contain heam iron, which is easily digested.
At the same time, the diet should include plant base things like beans, nuts, dry footsteps, dark green leafy vegetables and iron fortified whole grains.
Vitamin C is found in plenty in fruits like guava, amla, lemon and orange. Therefore, include foods containing vitamin C in the diet.
