You have to take 1 teaspoon honey and add 1 teaspoon dry ginger, quarter teaspoon turmeric, a pinch of black pepper and half teaspoon cinnamon powder in it. Lukewarm water has to be added to all these things. Keep in mind that the water should not be hot, otherwise it mixed with honey can harm your health. You can take it 1-2 times a day.
