According to the report, NASA wants to send humans to the Moon again in this decade and will target Mars in the next decade. By sending humans to the Moon, NASA will also complete preparations related to Mars. There is a plan to send astronauts there to explore the possibilities of life on Mars and conduct many other experiments.
According to the report, Mars was also formed about 4.6 billion years ago, when all the other planets of the solar system were formed. In the beginning Mars was very much like Earth. There were oceans on its land. There were lakes and rivers. With time the circumstances changed and Mars became deserted.
At present, there is no such atmosphere on Mars where humans can survive. However, there may be frozen water here. Scientists have also gathered a lot of information about the surface of Mars. Despite this, many features will be known only when scientists reach there.
The geographical structure of Mars is different in its northern and southern hemispheres. About one-third of Mars’ surface is at an altitude of 2 to 4 miles. There are some potholes there also. There are some very large volcanoes on Mars. Scientists want to investigate these also.
