Small workshops to teach the practices are also going on regularly. In this sequence, the practice of Apan Mudra was taught today to increase immunity.
The chief trainer of the centre, Prof. Sadhu Sharan Singh said that the founder of Preksha, the Messiah of humanity, Pujya Gurudev Acharya Mahapragya has given priority to the practice of Apan Mudra and Prana Mudra under the practice of Mudra in the context of increasing the immunity of patients. This practice can be done by people of all ages and even the sick.
Method of Apan Mudra- Join the top part of the middle and ring fingers with the tip of the thumb. Keep the remaining two fingers straight. In the language of yoga, this mudra is formed by the meeting of the earth element, sky element and fire element. With this mudra, the Tejas center, health center, power center, knee and foot also get affected and activated. This mudra can be done daily for 30 to 45 minutes in the morning and evening or as per your convenience.
Benefits of Apan Mudra-Add this practice to your daily routine. It does the work of removing toxins from the body and cleaning the inside of the body in an excellent manner. It produces white blood cells inside the body. This Mudra increases the process of sweating, due to which the heat inside the body starts coming out. It also removes burning sensation in the feet. This Mudra removes all stomach disorders, especially diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, etc. It is also useful for high BP, respiratory diseases, urinary problems, constipation and liver.
