
Know the correct dose of potassium
Potassium not only removes extra salt out of urin. But it also calms the artery muscles. According to research, if the daily potassium exceeds 3.5 grams, systolic BP may fall by 4-6 mmhg. This is as much as the initial BP drugs.

Make smart morning start
Eat 200ml coconut water or 1 banana daily in the morning. Both of them have 400mg potassium.
You can eat sprouted moong chaat for breakfast. It contains about 650mg potassium and only 400mg sodium.
At the same time, you should include such vegetables in lunch, which are full of potassium.
In the evening, you can eat a handful of peanuts or boiled gram instead of chips, papad or bhujia.
In dinner, you can eat raw banana or trumpet vegetable and sprouted moong. It contains 600-700mg potassium.
