Samsung informed through a press release that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M55s 5G smartphone will be launched in India on September 23. The smartphone has been announced to have a 50-megapixel primary rear camera for shooting high-resolution photos and videos. This camera system will be equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). At the same time, according to Samsung, the Galaxy M55s 5G will get a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. It also includes a dual recording feature, which allows interested bloggers to record videos using the rear and front cameras simultaneously.
Apart from this, it is said that with the Galaxy M55s 5G, users will also be able to enjoy the Nightography feature. This feature is useful for photography at night. Samsung says that the Galaxy M55s 5G sports a stylish fusion design and is extremely sleek and lightweight, with a width of only 7.8 mm. The smartphone will come with a 6.7-inch FHD + Super AMOLED + display supporting 120Hz refresh rate. It will get Vision Booster technology, which claims to ensure that the user can view their content even in bright sunlight.
Not only this, Samsung has also confirmed that the Galaxy M55s 5G will come in Coral Green and Thunder Black colour options and will be available on Amazon, Samsung.com and select retail stores. The Samsung Galaxy M55s is likely to be priced around Rs 20,000.
According to a fresh leak, the Samsung Galaxy M55s will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. The smartphone is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. A separate, recent leak claimed that the phone will be equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage, with a microSD card slot as well. Its camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
