Yoga is essential for a healthy life– Dipendra Mani
Patna – Under the joint aegis of Nehru Youth Center Patna and Namami Gange Project, online rehearsals are being conducted for the preparation and success of connecting 1500 youths from the district.
Nehru Yuva Kendra Patna’s District Youth Officer Pamir Singh and Namami Gange’s District Project Officer Dipendra Mani said that online rehearsals are going on continuously. Apart from this, yoga programs will be organized on International Yoga Day in various blocks following the Corona guidelines. Thousands of youth will participate in virtual yoga. He said that the youth of Gangadoots and Yuva Mandal are engaged for the success of this program.
Secretary of Swavalamban, Anmol Kumar, Secretary of Social Upliftment, Ankesh Kumar, Secretary of Vivekanand Youth Mandal, Gaurav Kumar and Aman Kumar are actively involved in the preparation of online yoga practice, virtual yoga practice, yoga organized on Zoom, and yoga practice at the ground level.
