Yoga life science Prekshadhyay training camp organized in Barh
Barh (Report by Priya Singh)–On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a one day yoga life science training camp was organized in the local Kidzee School Campus under the joint aegis of Bharat Vikas Parishad Barh and Ahimsa Training Center Barh.
The camp, organized under the guidance of Chief Instructor Yogacharya Professor Sadhu Sharan Singh Suman, was inaugurated by the city’s famous doctor and BJP President Dr. Siyaram Singh by lighting a lamp. On this occasion, he highlighted the role of yoga in protection against corona. He was also honored with shawl, momento and literature. The stage was conducted by the program coordinator, Bharat Vikas Parishad Secretary Mukund Kumar. On this occasion, Mukund Kumar, Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, Ghanshyam Kumar were honored with Frontline Career Award. Rajesh Singh Raju, Vivek Bhutia, Subhash Kumar, Rituraj Kumar, Sudhir Kumar, Instructor Kamaljit Kumar etc. were also honored in the program. The welcome speech was given by President Satyendra Prasad Singh.
Treasurer Rajiv Roshan expressed his gratitude. Organization minister and Director of Kidzee and Vidya Bharti School Engineer Saurabh Kumar highlighted the future of yoga. In the camp, various asanas and pranayama along with various yogic activities including Dirghswas, Dirghswas Preksha, Laghu Karyotsarg, Abhay ki Anupreksha, Sampadasan, Tadasan, Konasan, Bhujangasana were practiced under the supervision of the presiding officer. The camp concluded with Hasyasana and the resolution to take yoga to each home and make your country healthy.
